Tosti Cannelloni
Gemaakt door:
- 1 bakje kerstomaten
- 1 liter tomatenvlees of pulp
- 2 uien
- 3 teentjes look
- olijfolie
- 1 koffielepel sambal
- 1 scheutje rode wijn
- 100 g ontpitte zwarte olijven
- verse basilicum
- peper
- zout
- 250 g jonge spinazie
- 500 g ricotta
- 1 eetlepel fijngehakte marjolein
- 100 g Parmezaanse kaas (blokje of geraspt)
- nootmuskaat
- 12 buisjes cannelloni
- 150 g (buffel) mozzarella
